Costa Limited's FY2024 accounts name European Refreshments Unlimited Company as its immediate parent and The Coca-Cola Company as its ultimate owner. The Coca-Cola Company provided a letter of support covering at least 12 months from approval of the accounts.S2

Costa Limited reported FY2024 revenue of GBP1,231.795 million, an EBIT loss of GBP13.490 million and net income of GBP67.027 million. Total assets of GBP1,168.653 million and liabilities of GBP904.663 million resulted in GBP263.990 million of equity.S2

At FY2024 year-end, Costa Limited held GBP135.652 million of cash. It reported GBP442.4 million of lease liabilities, GBP100.5 million of interest-free amounts due to group companies and GBP100.7 million of supplier-finance obligations within trade payables. Lease interest was GBP14.2 million, compared with GBP14.196 million of total interest expense.S2

Coca-Cola moved Costa into its Europe operating-unit reporting line from January 2025. In its FY2024 results, Coca-Cola reported that coffee volume declined 3% for the year, primarily because of Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom.S1S3

Sky News reported in August 2025 that Coca-Cola was reviewing options for Costa with Lazard. The Guardian reported in January 2026 that the sale process had been abandoned after bids failed to meet expectations; in February 2026, FoodBev reported that Coca-Cola's CFO said the company would retain full ownership and review Costa's China business through 2026.S4S5S6
